The Greek Rings of Personality
As soon as you notice her rings ask, “Out of curiosity, why do you wear that ring on that particular finger?”
(Her response).
Continue with, “That’s interesting. My friend just taught me this really cool thing about rings and how they relate to our personality. Back in ancient Greek times, people wore rings according to what god they praised.”
Analyze each finger one by one. Always elaborate with the rings she is not wearing to build the suspense. Take a look at this sample, make it your own:
THUMB
“The thumb personifies Poseidon, who was the sea god and also did not live on Mount Olympus. See how the thumb sticks way out there compared to the other fingers. It means you’re an independent person.”
INDEX
“The index finger stands for Zeus, the mighty king of all Greek gods. This ring means you are a great leader, dominant, and good at delegating.”
MIDDLE
“The middle finger personifies Dionysus. He was the god of wine and celebration. Wearing a ring here means you tend to be an irreverent person and don’t care about what other people think about you.”
RING
“The ring finger stands for Aphrodite who was the goddess of love. People who put it on this finger put love in a special place in their life. Actually, it is the only finger that has a vein that goes directly to your heart.”
PINKY
“The pinky finger personifies the god of war, Ares. Tough guys like mobsters usually wear pinky rings and have a dark side. But more than that they protect their own. This means you have an inner circle and look out for them well, which includes keeping secrets. Maybe that is why the pinky swear is so sacred.
